Tunisian elections bring hope in uncertain times
It's a new day (again) in Tunisia. On Sunday Tunisians headed to the polls to vote in the second, countrywide elections since former president Zine el-Abidine Ben Ali left power in 2011. The first elections were filled with excitement; the world watched intensely, and citizens - many unpracticed but euphoric - waited patiently for hours to cast their ballots.
